When my customers go to buy, Square keeps saying their address is not acceptable. some customers have no issues, but a lot of them keep saying they can’t get it to accept their address. I have it listed as shipping. I can change it to pick up, but I’d still would like to collect their address, even though they’re not technically picking anything up any idea why it will not accept their addresses?

Hey @LAMBSN — thanks for flagging this. I can definitely understand how disruptive this would be, especially when it’s only happening for some customers.

To help narrow this down, it would be really useful to gather a bit more detail. Do you know which browser those customers are using? Does switching browsers or devices, or clearing the cache, make any difference? When the address isn’t accepted, does the system offer a recommended address?

If you’re able to share your website link, I’m happy to take a closer look on my end as well.
