Why am I no longer receiving email notifications when an order is placed online?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: I used to get an email notification of an order placed online. I no longer get that email.

I used to get an email notification of an order placed online. I no longer get that email, and only found the orders by chance, when looking at my transaction history. nothing my end has changed. This happened last month, and I hoped just a glitch, but I just realised today that i had more orders. Does not look good on me when orders are not quickly fulfilled.

This sounds like something that our Square Online team will need to take a closer look at with you. They'll be able to review your notification settings with you and potentially escalate your case to our Engineers for further investigation if required.

Thank you. it turns out Telstra was treating only those square emails as Spam all of a sudden. Hopefully I have fixed it now.

I’m also having the same problem. I contacted supposed received a long reply that didn’t help at all or answer my question on how to set it back up.

I did post answer- it was telstra blocking them as junk emails. go to you settings in telstra emails and make sure not markee as Spam. was quite a process from memory, but got there in the end.
