    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am no longer receiving emails from my website to tell me I’ve received an order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted support and received a long email about the new square receipts but no instructions on how I can receive the message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone tell me how I can set this up so I don’t miss any more orders as I did last week&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just to be safe, the below areas are where notifications are configured:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;General email settings&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Log in to your &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Account &amp;amp; Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Notifications&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Make sure the option for &lt;STRONG&gt;Order Notifications&lt;/STRONG&gt; is turned on and the correct email address is listed&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;H3&gt;Square Online email settings&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;From your Dashboard, go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Online&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Email Notifications&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Confirm that &lt;STRONG&gt;New Order Notifications&lt;/STRONG&gt; are enabled for your email&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;H3&gt;Practical workaround&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;If you want instant alerts, you can also:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn on &lt;STRONG&gt;Push Notifications&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the Square POS app (Settings &amp;gt; Notifications)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Or set up &lt;STRONG&gt;SMS alerts&lt;/STRONG&gt; via your email provider by forwarding emails to your mobile&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s the official guide that explains these settings in detail:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/6822-manage-email-notifications" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/6822-manage-email-notifications&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’ve done all this and still aren’t receiving emails, it might be worth checking your spam folder or adding Square’s email addresses to your safe sender list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
