&lt;P&gt;With shipping profiles, it is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;not possible to use the same country on a 2nd profile setup for orders. While you may not be able to create a 2nd profile using the same country for Order type profiles you can add multiple shipping rates to one profile. This&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="c-link c-link--focus-visible c-link--underline" href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/8042-create-and-manage-shipping-rate-profiles" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-stringify-link="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/8042-create-and-manage-shipping-rate-profiles" data-sk="tooltip_parent"&gt;&amp;nbsp;page here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;goes into a bit more detail about setting up a shipping rate profile.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR aria-hidden="true" /&gt;When a Shipping Profile is being set-up you should see two options available:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"&gt;
&lt;LI data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select "Order" to apply the profile to all orders available for shipping&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select "Item" to charge a custom rate or set a destination restriction for individual items&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From there, you can setup a specific Shipping Profile and rate for specific items if you select the Type dropdown below "Profile details"&amp;nbsp;and select&amp;nbsp;"Item."&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I run a bookstore. So a lot of the items I sell are eligible for media mail rates. But there are some items that are not that would need to be excluded. I'd really like a way to offer a discounted rate that only shows up when a customer just has books in their cart. But I can't see a way to do that with the (honestly ridiculous at this point in ecommerce tech) limitation of one shipping profile per country. Am I missing something or will I just have to charge the higher shipping rates for ground on all orders?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
