      <title>What happens if a customer orders items with two different shipping rates?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have two different shipping rates and may add others. What happens if a customer orders multiple items and they have different shipping rates? Does it default to the highest rate? If not, what should I do if anything? Thanks all.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure it is possible. I have just checked our website. We offer standard and express delivery and we have the option of one or the other but its not possible to select both together.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Take a peek at our website (&lt;A href="http://www.cocochemistry.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;www.cocochemistry.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;), pop something in to the basket and procced to checkout, add an address and you will see somethoing similar to the screenshot below appear, where you can only select one or ther address, but not both (the express delivery is highlighted in the example, but not both, granted the visual highlight is not not overly stand out, is this issue?) .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you screenshot what you are seeing incase I'm not getting my head around the issue at hand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot (78).png" style="width: 706px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/54010i9147D013C9341B3A/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot (78).png" alt="Screenshot (78).png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Thanks for your comment. The issue is a limitation of the Square platform. If two or more items are ordered at the same time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and they&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;have different shipping rates, the system should suppress the lower rates in favor of the highest rate. It’s currently charging ALL rates simultaneously.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have asked for a new feature to suppress lower rates&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;but am not hopeful for a fix anytime soon. It is a serious deterrent to online sales.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
