Actually, yours is not the same issue. &amp;nbsp;The OP was asking HOW to turn it off, which I replied to. &amp;nbsp;You are saying that this process doesn't work for you. &amp;nbsp;This probably means there is something going on that is account-specific for you, not that the functionality doesn't exist. &amp;nbsp;For cases like this, you need to get on the phone with &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&amp;amp;skip_unit_select=true" target="_self"&gt;Square Support&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;They can sign into your account and check things out. &amp;nbsp;Heck, they might be able to turn it off for you while you have them on the phone. &amp;nbsp;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
