      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/302798"&gt;@Doran&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if I'm understanding correctly, but I followed your steps above and achieved the below – not sure if this is what you're trying to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In my Square Dashboard, I can still see this option in this flow:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sign in to your Square Dashboard&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to Items &amp;amp; services &amp;gt; Item library&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tick the items you want to update&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Look to the bottom right for the ‘Actions’ button&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select ‘Update online sale price’&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Configure your sale price settings in the dialogue that appears&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have a paid plan, toggle ‘Schedule for later’ and set your start and end dates&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click ‘Schedule update’ to confirm&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’re on the free plan, you may not see the option or it may be greyed out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Square's help guide: &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/7654-manage-items-in-square-dashboard" target="_blank"&gt;https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/7654-manage-items-in-square-dashboard&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if I have misunderstood!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I noticed in mine that the actions button in the top right was greyed out which threw me initially but when I tick items, the one in the bottom right works. If that helps?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
