can someone help please.

Im trying to offer a discount on a pre launch product ( have it all registered & showing on line) but I go into items.... change the price - there are 2 options - to offer a discount & the new amount.... both Ive tried. I can submit the information there and it is showing. But when someone tries through the link - the discount is nowhere to be seen.

Ive tried using the location - the overide - but it keeps saying error.

I understand that you needed this link prior to today, but were you still needing assistance with this?

If so, do you know if the price is adjusted at all after you edit it, or is it just the pre-discount version still, even with just one version? In the meantime as well, please send over the link you are having issues with and I can take a look. Feel free to send it over direct message if you prefer to keep it private.
