Discount Badge Not Displayed in Online Store

I have five items with an automatic discount applied: "10% Off 6 Bottles." Normally, this will show up as a little badge on the item in the online store. However, the badge is not showing up on these items. When I add 6 of the items to the card, it DOES apply the discount, but it never indicates there is a discount until all 6 have been added to the cart.

Again, usually there is a little badge on the item in the online store to indicate that there is a special discount available. This worked as of several days ago. But now, the badge is not showing up.

All of the settings are correct (display sale badges, etc.). Any idea why they are suddenly not showing up?

All of the "Zenato" wines should have the "10% Off 6 Bottles" badge displayed.

I checked in with our eCommerce team on this and they went ahead and re-indexed a few things on their side and they said this should now be resolved for you.

I just double-checked and all the "Zenato" wines have the badge again!
