Categories in Navigation Menu Won't Update

Originally was able to add, update, and add Categories in the Navigation Menu. All the sudden it stopped working. Certain categories that are there can move, but new ones I add won't show up, sub-navigation will not appear either. Please help!

I have a few questions for you:

Do you have any examples of what Categories are not showing up?
Are they showing up within your Site Editor and not your site? Or are they not even saving to your Site Editor?
Is this just occurring on your Navigation Menu?

These details will help me investigate this further for you. I will keep an eye out for your response in the meantime.
