QR Code Payments and Shipping Information

We sell one product only, a calendar to benefit our UK charity.

We get a QR direct payment code from Square, put it on our website and take the resulting orders. Calendar price includes shipping (postage) cost.

What is the simplest way for us to be advised of the purchaser’s name and shipping address, so we know where to send it?

Business could be expanded to sell other products in the future.

I checked with our eCommerce team and we had a quick clarifying question: is the QR code generated from our side? If not, then unfortunately we would not be able to provide additional insight on this, since that would be a question for the QR code originator.

If so though, please let me know and we can go from there!

Yes, the QR code is generated from Square, to take the user direct to the payment page.

You could just set up the calendar as an item on your website. This would take your customers directly to the checkout process where they can add details including the delivery details. And yes the it would be very easy to expand your item library with more products in the future.

I do apologize for the slow response on this, @Bob80. I appreciate those details.

So are you looking to access the customer name and address from the order? If so, then you will just need to go to your Order Manager on the Square Dashboard to the see the customer name and address from the payment link orders.
