thread Updated coupon question in Online Store

Question about the new coupons. I used to be able to assign specific items to one coupon and the discount would be applied to the item and correspond to the quantity. For example, 10% off item A with normal price $10 would be discounted to $9. If a customer bought 3 Item As with a regular total of $30, their discounted price would be $27 (10% removed from each item). NOW the updated coupon is showing the discounted price as $29, only discounting one of the 3 items. This is KILLING my business, any solutions to this issue?

I think I might have the solution for you.

1. Create a coupon with a 10% discount

2. Choose Discount Rules

3. Choose Quantity Discount

4. In the first section, "When customer purchases any 1 item from", enter a quantity 1 in the greyed out box on the left that says Quantity.

5. Add all the appropriate skus that should be discounted

6. In the next section that says "Apply Discount Rule to," click Add Discount Rule

7. On the next screen, for Discount Type, choose Minimum Quantity

8. You're now returned to your previous page and it's been updated to show that 10% will be applied to the total quantity.

Let me know if that works or if I missed something in your request.
