&lt;P&gt;We did have a disruption a couple of months ago where users would lose their current drawers overnight or on an app reboot. Cash reporting would be off for the day when the cash drawer disappears.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know if that sounds like what you experienced - that issue should be resolved now as long as you are running the latest version of the app which is available in the app store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cas Drawer Reports opening on their own</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have being using Square for a while and love it. I usually close out the Cash Drawer report each month and start a new one. But in the last 10 days 4 new cash drawers have opened on their own I only discovered this today and we now have 4 open cash drawer reports. This is very confusing and disruptive and is clearly a glitch in the system. Has anyone had similar issue or can anyone help with advice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That sounds off, are you using the Point of Sale app or the Square Terminal?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have any employees who may have unknowingly opened a new drawer by mistake?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
