    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have fresh baked items every morning, for example, 10 Almond Croissants.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use the Square Register to enter the item count.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These items are available for people to order online through the website for collection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the website allows people to order more of the item than are available, for example, they could order 15 Almond Croissants.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I look in the Square Dashboard, 'stock on hand' and 'available to sell' are both blank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do we sync the systems up so Square Online does not allow for sales of items we do not have, as pre-ordering high-demand items is the main aim of the online service for us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;From your&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://square.online/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Square Online Overview page&lt;/A&gt;, go to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Items&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Site Items&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select an existing item or select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Create new item&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Under Options, select a button under the Stock column for the specific variation you’d like to manage stock for.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the popup window, toggle on&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Track stock&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you have stock history enabled,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Select a restocking preference to update&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Enter a number to manage the stock and select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Update Stock&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Finish all other edits to the item and select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;when finished.&lt;/LI&gt;
