    <description>&lt;P&gt;I took a purchase manually Oct 17 in the late evening - approx 11PM here in Toronto, Ontario Canada - as of Oct 18 at 9:33pm Toronto time, it is still in Pending Mode. Is this normal for a purchase that was entered manually as the client paid for an order by phone and the card reader was therefore not used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
