Square App not loading

Hello, new to square and I am trying to download the app to my iPhone 7 but, all it’s been doing is spinning a grey circle and will not complete the download. Any suggestions? I have ample amount of storage space available. Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble downloading the app. Please make sure your iPhone iOS is up to date - you may also have to restart your phone.

Hi,

Thank you for the response, yes. Everything is up to date. With plenty of storage space available. The app won’t allow me to download it.

Hmmm, where are you currently located? Have you contacted Apple for help with this?
