Can I see transactions by Country/State? To calculate tax amounts for different provinces in Canada?

I'm currently charging everyone the same $ amount for all transactions in CDN. For my taxes, I need to know what country, and if Canada, what province they live in, in order to calculate taxes.

Is there an existing report or an easy way to export this? Thanks!

I'm happy step in for Chad on this and provide some help.

You can view all of the transactions that you've completed in your Square Dashboard Transactions tab.

Unfortunately, unless you collected their country or postal code already, there isn't a way to connect payments and location information for past transactions.

In the future, you can require that your customers provide a shipping address on your Square Invoices to indicate where they're located for tax purposes.

For Online Store payments, you can choose "Shipping" as your fulfillment

method (even though nothing is being shipped). This will require a shipping address for online orders as well.
