Transaction Report Times Incorrect

We used to be able to watch our transactions via transactions reports that went from 9am that day to 4am the next day - to see what the full day of sales was. However, now those reports are bringing in transactions form today after 4am - and now we do not have accurate sales reporting for our days. Please advise as this was working properly before...

Hey @JPWilkinson, thanks for flagging and sorry for the frustration. Are you still encountering trouble with this? I just had the chance to check for any known reporting issues and everything should be on the up-and-up.🤔

If the numbers still appear to be delayed, please send an example of the discrepancy to our Customer Success Team directly—this will allow them to take a deeper look into specifics and help them pinpoint the cause of the issue.
