Pending cash sale?

I processed 4 cash transactions yesterday thru the app and 2 are still showing pending. Not even the last 2, the second and the 4th one are pending. Not sure what would need to be pending for a cash sale as no cards were involved. When will these clear? or will they get deleted ? any advice on clearing them. They only show in the app, not on my dashboard in desktop. thx

Hi @kgillan

There is a period of time in between making a cash sale and ending the payment flow in which the amount could be noted in in the cash drawer report, but not be reported in the transaction list.

This issue might be related, but we'll need to take a look at the payment with you directly to be sure.
