Offer both pay-in-full and payment plan option in one listing

Hi, we run a youth sports organization and want to offer both a season pay-in-full option, as well as the option to pay monthly. (Basically, installments, over the course of a season). Ideally, this is in one listing. I can't seem to figure out how to accomplish this. I see afterpay - but that is not long enough - and I also know I can set up a subscription - but the subscription option makes it so the price is the same as the pay-in-full (in other words, I can't split it up).

Tips?

I would like to better understand your setup so I can furher assist. The checkout would be through your Square Online site only? They wouldn't be paying directly elsewhere? The only thing I can think of is using Afterpay. With invoices you can setup a recuuring payment but that wouldn't be through the site.

Your really good with finding workarounds @Candlestore, any suggestions for this seller?

I was tagged by @Maya in this because I am usually good at coming up with work arounds to accomplish an end goal.

Only idea I have is have 2 items or variations, one you pay in full which is say is a set price of $100.00.

The other option is pay Monthly and setup the subcription to pay $20 for 5 months (seasons length).

I am just not sure of how the Subscriptions work completely that if on the 6th month the customer has to cancel or if the business can set the subscription for 5 months.

Divide the Total cost of the Season by the Length of the season and set that amount as your Subcription price.
