      <title>Customer doesn't receive reminder</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've scheduled an appointment and a customer succesfully received a message about it. I also configured to send a reminder to the customer 1 hour before the appointment. Set up to use SMS and email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But the customer didn't receive the reminder at expected time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Checked timezone in my profile. It is correct.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What I'm doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having this exact same problem. Confirmation texts are going out (which I don’t want) and no reminders are going out even after I set them up in communications area. Did you figure this out? If not, can someone please help us?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
