      <description>&lt;P&gt;How about setting a limit of one appointment per day per customer. I can see that a bad Bot could fill up the online calendar very quickly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can set the appointments app to require confirmation before being set to the calendar - that way you get around the multiple attempts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
