Issues with transaction reports

For starters, I don't know why there is a help me option for support with an absolute useless bot.

So on to the problem, when in the admin area and trying to download a transactions report, I set the month to something like September or October, and the website downloads the report as it should. The issue is that the reports provide the incorrect dates for transactions. It seems to make up bogus dates or incorrect formats on some of the dates and not all.

This is an example of my October transaction dates from the downloaded file:

Date

10/30/20

10/27/20

10/26/20

10/25/20

10/23/20

10/17/20

10/16/20

2010-11-20

2010-03-20

2010-01-20

As you can see the last 3 are incorrect. They should be 10/11/2020, 10/3/2020, and 10/1/2020.

For September it seems the beginning of the month was fine but the end of the month has the wrong date formats.

Could someone please look into this and correct the bug in the dates for reports.

I am also experiencing the issue when exporting the transaction report that the halfway down the date column the format suddenly changes from general to "date" but has a wildly different date ie.
