&lt;P&gt;It appears as though it wants a US number but mine is CA&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have made sure to go on the Canadian site but every time it redirects me to the return form which says US&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This sounds interesting, indeed. Is it possible that your original Square Stand order is passed the &lt;A href="https://squ.re/3tHXcdX" target="_blank"&gt;30-day return timeline&lt;/A&gt;? This would cause your order number to be unable to process.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're within the return timeline and are still experiencing issues, we would recommend attempting the return process on either a new web browser (preferably, Google Chrome) or trying a new device altogether.&lt;/P&gt;
