Why are clients receiving appointment reminders from different time zone?

Hi~ my customers are receiving reminders for their appointments from a different time zone. The time zone is set for mountain time in my settings. The reminders are sent as if from EST, and tell my clients their appointment is 2 hours later. What to do?

There are a few things you'll want to check if this is still happening:

Check the time zone for the affected client from their Customer Profile.
Check the time zone settings in the Locations tab of the Account & Settings menu.
Check the time and date settings on your mobile device or computer from System Preferences.
If you’re using the Appointments app, delete and reinstall it.

If you've already gone through these steps and the time zone is still showing incorrectly for your customers, reach out to our Appointments team so they can do some further digging.

Actually, this is Due to Negligence. Square does not have an option for Business Locations that do not Observe Daylight Savings Time, We Need a Manual Option in BC For Mountain Standard time. I Was told " You Will have to Switch your time Zones Manually Than" Which is Obserd. No Option but to Submit a Feature Request? This is not a Request, Business are Suffering because of this and no one cares.
