&lt;P&gt;Hi~ my customers are receiving reminders for their appointments from a different time zone. The time zone is set for mountain time in my settings. The reminders are sent as if from EST, and tell my clients their appointment is 2 hours later. What to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There are a few things you'll want to check if this is still happening:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check the time zone for the affected client from their&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/clients" target="_blank"&gt;Customer Profile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check the time zone settings in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Locations&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab of the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Account &amp;amp; Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;menu.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check the time and date settings on your mobile device or computer from System Preferences.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you’re using the Appointments app, delete and reinstall it.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you've already gone through these steps and the time zone is still showing incorrectly for your customers,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squ.re/contactsqsupport" target="_blank"&gt;reach out to our Appointments team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;so they can do some further digging.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually, this is Due to Negligence. Square does not have an option for Business Locations that do not Observe Daylight Savings Time, We Need a Manual Option in BC For Mountain Standard time. I Was told " You Will have to Switch your time Zones Manually Than" Which is Obserd. No Option but to Submit a Feature Request? This is not a Request, Business are Suffering because of this and no one cares.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
