&lt;P&gt;Welcome back to the Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Go into your Dashboard and double check the settings you have under your &lt;STRONG&gt;Appointments Tab &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Communication&lt;/STRONG&gt; to see if you have the "Confirmation" one turned on. This is where the settings for that feature are housed and where you would make any changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In the instance you have it turned on, check on the timeframe you have the reminder being sent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
