      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have noticed the same issue.&amp;nbsp; This feature is working fine on our ipads, however on the Terminal (handheld machine) there is no longer the option to allow for tickets, which is really frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have selected 'More' but there is no 'add-on' option.&amp;nbsp; And I don't see the information anywhere else under settings or anywhere else.&amp;nbsp; Has&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Square remove the ability to create/open Tickets from the Terminal maybe accidentally?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
