Additional Processing Fee

Is there a way or some easy way to setup adding an additional 3% processing fee charge to people paying by credit card? We already notify people ahead of paying that we charge an additional 3% and on our website we have it setup to add on the 3%. But when we process cards via the phone app, I'm wondering if there is a quick way to add the additional 3%. I guess I could set it up as a tax but maybe others have an idea that is easier.

I happened to see a video recently where it was set up as a tax but they changed the tax name to processing fee.

I'll have to try that. They have processing fees in the USA but don't have it here.
