Appointment Location Reseting

So in the past I posted I had an issue with services not showing up when customers try to book an appointment. It worked in the past and seems they updated the appointments module and broke things. I found out that locations were not set to my store so the services didn't show up. I have set them all and saved everything and the services then appeared in the booking page. But it seems after a bit of time, the location resets and is removed which results in the services not showing and nobody can book an appointment. I've set it up 4-5 times in the past month and again today the locations we gone and everything broken again.

I was told in the past to submit a support ticket to the appointments dev people, but it's been 1-2 months now and nobody bothers to reply and try to help out. I'm finding this company's support has completely gone to trash and it's rather unfortune they don't bother to provide an ounce of support.
