Two locations at same time

I'm trying to run two locations (store and tradeshow) at the same time and have a seperate team member set up for the tadeshow location. I'm not able to sign in at the tradeshow while the other location is logged in. Is this not possible? Can I not run two locations at the same time?

You can't be logged in to two different locations using the same device, unfortunately. You would need to use separate devices so you can select the different locations in each device.

Are you receiving any error messages at all?

I checked and you do have two separate locations set up.
