&lt;P&gt;If you receive a payment for an invoice outside of Square Invoices, you can mark the invoice as “Paid” from your&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;online Square Dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;STRONG&gt;To do so:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select the invoice.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select ••• &amp;gt; Add Payment.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Under Method, select Record payment.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Choose the payment type, then select Confirm.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I took a payment using the card mobile reader for my phone.&amp;nbsp; It was my first time using it, and I didn't know how to assign the payment to an invoice BEFORE processing the payment.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way I can do this after the payment has been processed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
