I’m trying to refund customers purchases to gift cards and it won’t work, but it did when we first received our plastic square gift cards. Anyone know how to help?

Are you getting a certain error message when trying to refund, or is it just not showing as an option?

Hi Ellie,

It just goes right to enter Interac or VISA to return instead of going onto the gift card, I updated the app and it worked once than right back to the not letting us refund on the gift card.

Any ideas?
