I'd love to help but need a bit more information. What hardware were you using? By balance do you mean it doesn't show up in your transactions?

This goes same with me. I just received payment last night, until now its not showing under the Balance tab. But showing completed under transaction. What is this? Customer said it was already deducted into her card.
