    <description>&lt;P&gt;I only have one location.&amp;nbsp; The second location was made because your api interferes with payments and appointments used together.&amp;nbsp; Don't worry about it.&amp;nbsp; I've mentioned the api problem in the past and no one fixed it.&amp;nbsp; I've mentioned your transaction reports are generated incorrectly with wrong dates, but again no one fixed it.&amp;nbsp; Other issues were brought up and they were never fixed.&amp;nbsp; Support doesn't appear to give a crap.&amp;nbsp; So I'm no longer using your appointments and moved to someone elses who isn't breaking things constantly and trying to get people to pay fees for a broken system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Appointments Dead?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I've been using appointment booking for years and a customer today told me it isn't working.&amp;nbsp; So I've tried it myself, and everytime I click on the link, it says "Appointments are not available for this location".&amp;nbsp; It's nice that they constantly update things, but it's always at the expense of breaking something else.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else have this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have more than one location you will need to be subscribed to the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/ca/en/appointments/pricing" target="_blank"&gt;Appointment Plus Plan&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really sorry about any confusion, or if you felt like this wasn't communicated clearly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was an &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Product-Updates/New-Square-Appointments-Pricing-Plans/ba-p/334905" target="_blank"&gt;announcement&lt;/A&gt; 1/20/2022. But we could have done more to inform you guys, and for that we are really sorry about any inconvenience!
