How do I import my customer list to Square

I’ve read the help section, it says to go to the customers page and click in the top right hand corner and then click on Import/Export. But that option isn’t there. Then at the bottom of the help screen there is a button that says Import Contacts, but when I click on it, nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated please.

Hi @SmellsGreat which interface are you using?

For me, if I log in to my customer directory there are 3 buttons to Import Customers, Export Customers, and Create Customer which are located at the top right of my browser - I'm viewing this on a computer. Try this link from a browser window: https://squareup.com/dashboard/customers/directory
