Employee receiving a copy on invoice to a client

Is it normal for an employee newly created in square team to receive/get cc in an email an invoice sent to a customer . It’s not like I made a mistake with the email. He juste received the invoice. I suspect it has to do with permissions in Team. Am I right or completely wrong?

I figured it out. It did have to do with permissions. Once I blocked Avery thing, it was resolved.
