Clients Can't Enter Their Addresses Upon Booking in Appointments

We take appointments from Canada and the USA, but only the Canadian clients can enter in their address when booking a service, not the USA clients. We've had to disable this function entirely and manually enter in addresses used from their intake form. Why can't clients outside of Canada enter their addresses?
