    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just messaged Ecom department for the same issue and they have said that there is an issue. They are working to get it fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"yes we are currently having this issue of item syncing which is taking longer than expected we know about and the engineers are working on it"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My new items wont even show up on Square Online and its been over 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Bug Alert - Items not syncing to website at all</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an item, the price is set, its been set for more than 12 hours, it is not syncing to the website, a similar item was created at the same time and shows without issue.&lt;STRONG&gt; Something is broken with sync!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;How many other items could I&amp;nbsp;be missing from my website?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I have an additional issue where items are not showing up to the website with a price other than $0.00, but I will open a separate thread for that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The price has been added to the dashboard, however when the items syncs to the website it does not publish. Which clearly is a problem. I recreated an item to solve a different problem and was able to get them corrected, but it is not sustainable for me to have to keep recreating items.       <description>&lt;P&gt;We have been having this issue for at least 2 weeks...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've also had issues with inventory quantities "falling out"... and I don't want to tell you want happened in December when every item that had a description Online but not in Items were wiped clean.. I am still cleaning this mess...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
