How can i create a survey on my website and create a link and QR code for it. I want it to be able to record what myu customers want from my website. I

The easy way would be to use Google Forms. Here you can ask questions which have short or long answers or have multiple choice answers. You can have the Questions as required or not required. You can also have it set that people can only answer one time. All the answers are then sent to a Google sheet which you can see the responses to the questions.

Now to create a QR code to the Form.

After Creating the Form Copy the URL or web link at the top of the page and paste that in a Free QR generator like : https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/ for example. Make sure you are choosing to Create a QR as a URL or web page link. The QR Code will be generated and then you can download it as an image. Save the QR code and you could past it as an image, and give it a discription of QR Code scan with your phone for a short questionaire about what you would like to see on these web pages or at my website. Thank you. Give them a Discount or free gift for filling it out with order.

Some web sites do not let you post Links to other Sites such as a Questionaire or Form on Google.
