Subscribing to Square KDS

i have a Square POS with the built in site for 30+$, i was wondering how i can go ahead and just subscribed to SQUARE KDS? i dont want to sign up on PLUS restaurant and stay for free using Sq KDS. I cant seem to find a button where i can go ahead and subscribe the $20 a month.

Square KDS is included in Square for Restaurants Plus or as a standalone KDS subscription. If you click that link ⬅️ and then "get started", there will be a form to enter your info and then that should take you on your way to set up a standalone subscription for Square KDS. The standalone subscription starts at $20 per month, per device.

Right now im on a free trial for 30 days. How do i go about once after the 30 days trial ends? Can i contact an agent after to put me in a subscription?
