Has anyone received a loan offer recently? Oct 2023

I have signed an agreement for a second location, hoping that a new loan offer will be coming soon 🤞✨ I think last time I received my new offer at around 60-65% paid off. My new location has been sitting empty for the month, hoping for the new offer to add inventory and get the ball rolling..I’m now at 76% paid off and hoping! Let me know your experience recently, good or bad.. looking for hope or a reality check 😅

I just recently received an offer when I was at about 90% repaid. I did wait until I repaid it all before taking out another because I didn't want to pay loan fees on loan fees? Although there's no compounding interest, there are compounding fees if you don't repay before taking out another loan.

It's helpful to have access to money without needing to trouble creditors, though!

Congrats on the 2nd location, though! That's so exciting!!
