Can I enter a 100% discount for my Square Online website items?

I'm having some trouble here and hoping someone could help me out. We have an online store for building materials. Sometimes our guys need to take stuff out of stock to complete projects. I don't want them going in the back end of the store and adjusting the inventory. I want them to go to the online store and put in an order just like a regular customer, but I don't want them to have to pay for the order to have to checkout. I was hoping to create a 100% discount code which I was able to do but then when I tried it I get a message saying "does not match a valid coupon code or gift card." How do I enter a 100% discount code, or can you think of another way for me to accomplish what I am trying to do? Thanks

It should be possible to do this, but we did just make a recent change to how the Square Online coupons work with the website.

Can you please post a link to your site so I can investigate furhter?
