I'm sorry to hear you're unable to renew your domain.

I did some research on my end, and this error message likely means that your account currency is different from your service currency. Our Ecom specialists can help change the currency for you. Since I don't have access to your account information on this platform, you'll have to contact our Support Team by either phone or email so they can escalate your case.
