Multiple Pickup Locations

I have several "pickup only" locations. How can online shoppers select the location that they would like to pick-up at. I was able to see one of the 5 locations (Square seems to only show the nearest locations) but when I select a different location, because there is no inventory in that location, the selection is not permitted.

Would you mind sharing your website URL so I can take a look ? Could you also give me an example of an item that wouldn't be available at a certain location ?
It's also important to note that the inability to purchase an item that isn' available in a location is an expected behavior.

Hello.

My issue isn't the ability to purchase an item in a different location.

My issue is I want customers purchasing online to be able to designate which of my 3 outlets they prefer to pick up at.

Hi @Six 👋 You will need to edit the location availability for the items through your Square dashboard under the Items tab. We can confirm this for you, though. Can you please post a link to one of the items available on your website that only has one location available?

Yes I did get the location issue sorted out however I did notice that when a customer recently selected a different location other than the default, my inventory did not update even though I have each location using the same inventory as the default location.

@Six, multiple locations inventory is established, edited, and tracked on a per-location basis.

Can you provide more context on what you mean when you say, "Even though I have each location using the same inventory as the default location?"

You can match the item library at one location to the item library of another location.

I am trying to have several locations utilize the same main item library so I don't have to manage a separate item library for each location.
