How to create a form for members

We use Weebly/Square One for our not-for-profit club. We are trying to figure out how to create an on-line form within our website that we can use for members to fill out their name, address, etc to keep track of our membership. We were looking at using fillable PDF forms to do this, but is there a way to do this within Weebly/Square One? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out! It's great to hear you're using Square for your not-for-profit club. You can create an online form within Weebly/Square One for your membership needs. See below for your options:

1) Adding a contact form. Use automated promote emails to send the email that contains the PDF.

2) Get a third-party code and embed it using the Embed Code section (think JotForm for example).

It comes down to which one you prefer, but those are the main options I can recommend.
