Need more Google Workspace Storage

We are a non-profit, barbershop chorus organization that have over-used their Google Workspace storage of 15GB, to the point where our Workspace account has been suspended and we have lost access to our Google Drive, Google Photos, and Gmail. I received no warning that this was about to happen with no options to prevent it from happening. Please help.

Are you still able to log into your Square account? In order to edit the Google Workspace options, you will need to request to have the service moved from our account over to Google directly by replying to/from the email that is connected to your Square account.

It's a fairly easy process, as the rep you speak with will contact the Advanced Support team, and they will make sure everything is taken care of on the backend.
