Square Appointments changing from Plus to Free, what data do I lose?

I have been using Square Appointments for years and love it. But I have semi-retired and no longer need all the functions for PLUS. My plan is to downgrade to the FREE plan.

My question is, will my data, clients, preferences and appointments be saved when I go to FREE? Or will I need to start from scratch?

I asked SQUARE support days ago but they have not responded.

Hi @RobinSpencer ! Congratulations on your (semi) retirement! I would also like to say thank you for being a long time Square Appointments user!

As far as downgrading goes, you will not lose any of your data, clients, or preferences when you downgrade to free. Any features you had access to with the plus appointments plan will just not be accessible.
