Set a Maximum Unit Purchase Amount Per Customer

I'm looking to set a maximum unit purchase amount per customer on the web dashboard for Square POS. Is there a way to configure this so a customer is limited to just 1 unit and not more.

Any insights or guidance would be appreciated!

Hey @Cykel_Admin - welcome to the Community!

Yes, this is available for Square Online Plus or Premium subscribers.

Here are the steps to get this set up for your Online Store. Also, this is a Support Article with more information - if you need it.

Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Items & orders > Items > Item library.
Select an existing item or create a new one.
Under Ordering, toggle on Set quantity limits for online orders and enter a number in the text field.
Click Save when finished.

If you have the free version of Square Online, you won't see this as an option.

I want to create message if a client wants to purchase 25 items in any combination to contact for custom shipping cost. How can I do this?
