thread Square for Restaurants - Staff Schedule - Software Behaviour Change in Online Store

I used to be able to filter my currently posted schedule down (to include front-of-house managers, servers, and bartenders) then copy the schedule and it would only copy the visible filtered shifts to the new week. Then when I published it, again, it would only publish what was visible based on the filters.

The chef could then, at his leisure, copy his back-of-house (cooks, managers) schedule and publish it independently.

As of literally today, when I copied last week's schedule, it copied EVERYTHING over. Including the hidden cooks and whatnot that I purposely filtered out.

This is not the desired behaviour of the software and it's a change I'd like to revert.

Does anyone else have this issue, and more importantly, can anyone help me solve this issue?

Hi, @MarkAdam !

The expected behavior is that only the visible, filtered shifts should be copied and published. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

1. Check Filter Settings: Ensure that the filters are correctly applied before copying the schedule.
2. Publish Changes: After copying the schedule, make sure to publish the changes to see if the filters are respected.
3. Settings Verification: Verify the settings in Shifts > Settings > Schedule to ensure there are no changes that might affect the filtering behavior.

Can you try going through these steps and then let me know if you are still seeing the same issue?
