I'm opening a website using Square, but was confused on the Shipping Discounts that says "Good" under Performance, and "Best" under Premium. Does anyone know what are the percentage? I am living in Canada. Would like to know Canada Post and UPS discounts.

Here is an example of the "discounts" offered by Square. Our business is located in Montreal and to ship to a city about an hour away the price with Canada Post in Square Online was $25 for an expedited parcel. The price on Canada Post's website in our account was $14.
